The anchor is decorated with Stars and Stripes and nautical rope. Navy blue stars ribbons and adorable patriotic sail boat ribbons surround the center along with red burlap. The outer ring is made of soft deco mesh, white and blue plaid mesh with blue star ribbons. Size is large 24 inches in diameter and 6 inches deep.
